I like to start new things on Mondays. When my blood sugars were worse, I used to start anew on Mondays. It’s always been an empty slate for me. It’s also easier for me to keep track of things when I start them on Mondays. I think I’m more successful, too.
Don’t get me wrong, though. I’m not a big fan of Mondays. I often get the Sunday night blues, so I try to get myself motivated for Mondays by putting a positive spin on them. This Monday I’m going to work harder at eating more healthy. I’ve been doing well the last two weeks, but I’m going to up the ante this Monday. No eating out this week! No Nutella on vanilla wafers!
