Instead of making new years resolutions, I made a bucket list of the things I’m going to try to do in 2013. It is as follows:
1. Do something(s) that scares you.
2. Get a1c below 7.0
3. Perform a random act of kindness 1 time per month. (Random act must take some combination of time/energy/money and should not necessarily be ‘convenient’).
4. Perform 1 ≤ pull-up.
5. TO BE DETERMINED.
I’m definitely on the right track, 2013!
