Pull Up #1

Last week, Wednesday, I got my first kipped pull up! I actually got about three singles. I guess all that lifting is paying off. It felt good. I’d like to see how long it takes me to get a strict pull up now. I bet that’ll take two years. I used the thinnest band for the workouts last week, and I vastly overestimated myself. I still need to use a blue to get my chin to the bar consistently. I’ll keep practicing a couple without the band before we start the warmups, since there’s no way I can get them after I’ve done the WOD.
