A few ladies from the gym are doing Whole30 this month. It’s cleaning eating for a whole 30 days. I’m not sure I can commit to that without failing pretty quickly, so I’m going to try it for 5 days. Monday-Friday. I’m going to try to eat as paleo as I can. I’m not going so far as to make my own mayo or ketchup. Not yet.
Eating paleo means:
No (added) sugar, no gluten, no dairy, no soy.
Lots of meat, veggies, nuts.
It’s going to be a hell of an effort on my part as I happen to love sugar, gluten, and dairy. Soy just pops up in everything. Soy is the sneaky one. Even Jack Links beef jerky has soy in it. For this week to be successful, I may also have to take up hunting my own animals.
